* A valid card is required to secure all bookings.

Deposits

Accepted Answer

* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
* Deposits go toward your total service cost.
* Deposits are forfeited if you cancel, reschedule outside of the allowed window, or no-show.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

* Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least *24–48 hours in advance**

* Late cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture.
* No-shows will be charged and may be restricted from future bookings.

Late Policy

A *15-minute grace period** is allowed.
* After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or subject to a late fee.
* If accommodated beyond 15 minutes, a late fee will be added to your service.

Same-Day Appointments

* Same-day bookings are not guaranteed and must be approved based on availability.
* Additional fees may apply for last-minute appointments.

* Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment.

* Buttabeauty extensions are recommended for best results.
* If bringing outside hair, it must be clean and approved prior to your appointment.

Client Preparation

To ensure the best results:
* Arrive with clean, detangled hair unless your service includes a shampoo.
* Please come free of heavy oils, product buildup, or excessive tangling.
* Failure to properly prep may result in additional fees.

Guests & Children

* No extra guests.
* For safety and to maintain a focused environment, children are not permitted unless being serviced.

Service Satisfaction

* Any concerns must be communicated within *24 hours** of your appointment.
* Adjustments will be made at the stylist’s discretion.
* No refunds on services.

Product Sales (Hair Extensions)

* All hair sales are final.
* Due to the nature of the product, no refunds or exchanges are permitted once the hair has
been handled, installed, or altered.
* If there is an issue, it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Right to Refuse Service

ButtaBeauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:
* Is excessively late
* Displays disrespectful behavior
* Fails to follow policies
